My diverse experience in hospitality, food and beverage, multi-family, high-end residential and senior living interiors has given me a unique perspective into the industry.

From a young age, storytelling has guided my choices, my passions and my creativity. I’ve daydreamed lives of other people while exploring the woods where I grew up, in Iowa. I’ve inhabited the space of great characters while on stage. I’ve pictured lives of non-existent characters in order to design deeper meaning into physical space, and I continue to write my own story that could one day guide someone else to create and shine. My passion for creating doesn’t stop at the field I’ve chosen to pursue professionally, but through design, I offer a layered expression that can be received by many.

I have a fully rounded background in hospitality, food & beverage, commercial and residential interior design. I also have a minor in art and architectural history that I rely on to inform new ideas. My foundation of skills are built on real-world experience, in the office, with clients and on site before, during and after each phase of a project. I pride myself on my strong organizational skills, quick-thinking, clear communication, accuracy and my abilities to meet deadlines even in stressful situations.
